Will founded Expert Mobile Home Movers over a decade ago out of his own home. With vision, perseverance, and dedication, Will saw his dream of a successful logistics company grow from a single office to multiple offices across the country. He guides his team, leading by example so each person has the best chance at succeeding. The company and Will’s dream continues to grow, and he’s proud of his team’s achievements.

STEVEN HERSHBERGER

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

As the CFO of Expert Mobile Home Movers, Steven is one of the most essential leaders in the company. He holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami, a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Kentucky, and a Certified Internal Auditor certification. Over the past thirty years, Steven gained senior finance experience working for companies such as Chevron and Texaco. His expertise brought him to countries such as Brazil, Canada, Spain, and the United Kingdom, where he mastered international business finance procedures. Steven’s vast knowledge and experience keep EMHM moving forward on a smooth path. Steven’s dedication to EMHM is more than just business based. He is always there for every member of the EMHM team, guiding them on the path to success.

CIO, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

As the Chief Information Officer at Expert Mobile Home Movers, Santiago is a man of many roles. His knowledge and resourcefulness is a strong factor in the expansion of the company. Leading the way technologically and digitally, Santiago is always providing new resources and tools to keep EMHM ahead of the curve. A few examples of tools Santiago has created for EMHM include our numerous custom automation programs, interactive interfaces for customers and partners, and our successful marketing tool collection named “EMHM Connect”. Included in EMHM Connect is our proprietary CRM/TMS, launched in January 2023. Santiago’s creative and innovative leadership also facilitates multiple opportunities for those around him.

JANELLE FOLTZ

TREASURY MANAGER

Janelle is a vital member of the Expert Mobile Home Movers team. She works long days to take care of both the clients and team members. Her passion flows throughout the team. Every person feels and appreciates Janelle dedication to the success of EMHM. Janelle has only the highest ethics and professionalism, and the utmost compassion for the EMHM team. She is a huge part of the company’s success, and we are grateful to have her.

KAREN BURGOYNE

CLAIMS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Karen is the manager of the Claims and Quality Control department. She handles all customer service issues to ensure that our clients walk away happy. She also handles training for new brokers, and credit reviews for new customers. Karen is definitely an essential part of the Expert Mobile home Movers family.

GEORGE FEISS

LEAD CLAIMS SPECIALIST & LOGISTICS AGENT

George is a veteran claims representative, examiner, and overall specialist. George has over 10 years experience in assisting clients with damage claims. He has vast knowledge of how the shipping industry works, and also has experience transporting anything from cars to oversize loads himself. He’s here to make sure his clients have a great transport experience and helps every client in our network with claims and related civil matters.

JAKYE MENDEZ

FRAUD PROTECTION SPECIALIST

Jakye is an office administrator out of our Kentucky branch. She has worked for the company since 2017, gaining hands on experience in office administration and transport. Jakye is a diligent worker, excited to learn about fraud protection, claims processes, and the intricate responsibilities that help make Expert Mobile Home Movers a successful company.

SAVANNAH BISHOP

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Savannah joined the Expert Mobile Home Movers team in 2018, where she started out learning office administration. She also learned the ins and outs of fraud prevention, the claims approval process, filing, and other office responsibilities. Since then, Savannah has become a strong and creative content creator.

DAVE SCHWARTZ

ACCOUNTING/FINANCE

Dave has many years of logistics under his belt. He specializes in transporting railroad equipment, containers, and all other heavy equipment. He also loves transporting a nice classic car. Dave puts his client’s needs first, making sure the freight delivers on time.

BRENDA BURKE

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

Brenda came to Expert Mobile Home Movers in 2019, after being a housewife for over a decade. Excited to put her accounting and customer service background back in action, Brenda quickly became a powerful asset to the accounts payable team and then grew her role into the receivables department. Getting back into the workforce has been an exciting adventure, and she loves learning about the logistics and transport industry.

KIM BEAVERS

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SUPERVISOR

Kim joined the Expert Mobile Home Movers team in October 2018 as the Accounts Receivable Representative. She has also been the Damage Claim Specialist and in Quality Control but is now back in receivables as the Accounts Receivable Supervisor. Having worked for a Fortune 100 Company for many years, Kim brought her expert experience in finance, accounting, and sales marketing to the EMHM team.

SHEENA BLEVINS

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Sheena first joined the Expert Mobile Home Movers team in 2016 as part of the accounts payable team. A strong and ethical worker, Sheena always pays meticulous attention to detail. Near the end of 2018, Sheena took a leave of absence to assist her parents, and a year later, the EMHM team was excited to welcome her back. She is a valued member of the EMHM team, always putting her best foot forward.

WP & FRONT END WEB DEVELOPER | SEO STRATEGIST

As a front-end developer and SEO strategist, Francisca crafts engaging and user-friendly web experiences while optimizing websites to rank higher in search engine results. She is a creative problem solver, always looking for the best content and development solutions to help Expert Mobile Home Movers, brokers, and clients achieve their goals. Additionally, she implements SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies, to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

PPC SPECIALIST

David is a PPC Specialist with skills in paid ads for all top-tier platforms, such as Google and Meta. His advertising skills have helped Expert Mobile Home Movers increase lead volume by placing our brands in front of the right target audiences. He brings a unique combination of technical expertise and knowledge bandwidth to leverage EMHM brands to a new standard.
